Terms of Service:
Package fees include website design only. They
do
NOT
include connection fees paid to your internet service provider. 50% of
the estimated total website design fee is payable before any work is
executed.
The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the site after it
is
uploaded and before submission to search engines.
Maintenance fees are payable at the time of
service.
All
packages include 3 free hours of site maintenance to correct any
problems
or make any changes during the first 2 weeks after your website has
been
uploaded.
Payment Options: Payments may be made in the
form of
cash,
personal check, a business check, a money order, or pay-pal. Credit
cards are
not
accepted at this time.
Note: I reserve the right to decline clients
based
on
my scheduled workload. I also reserve the right to decline designing
obscene
webpages (i.e. pornagraphic, violence, profanity).
